About the Event:

The Amity School of Hospitality presents “The Chinese Culinary Trail” , an engaging culinary competition that celebrates the depth, diversity, and artistry of Chinese cuisine. This event offers aspiring chefs a dynamic platform to demonstrate their culinary expertise by preparing authentic regional Chinese specialties using traditional techniques and ingredients. Participants are encouraged to showcase creativity, precision, and presentation while staying true to the cultural essence of Chinese gastronomy. The competition emphasizes skill development, cultural appreciation, and innovation, making it a valuable learning experience for hospitality students. Guided by experienced faculty and evaluated by an industry professional, the event fosters professionalism, teamwork, and confidence among participants.
